At this time, I am out-of-network with all insurance plans. This decision allows me to ensure I have the freedom and flexibility to provide clients with the highest level of quality, specialized care.
I do provide superbills of all appointments upon request. Please check with your individual insurance plan to see if you may be eligible to receive reimbursement for our sessions through out-of-network benefits.

I am currently holding all sessions virtually. All clients must be in the state of Minnesota while in session.
Clients have reported finding sessions held virtually with me equally engaging and helpful as those held in-person!
Remaining virtual for now helps me to offer flexibility in pricing and scheduling, while still remaining personal and connective.
